If you’ve recently decided to purchase a new Fiat 500, the next decision you’ll be faced with is which model to opt for. With each offering a range of unique modifications to personalise your driving experience, we’ve highlighted some of the main features to look out for to help make your choice an easy one.

On a budget?

Priced from £10,690 the 1.2 Pop is the cheapest 500 available, making it ideal for those on a budget. Although the Pop doesn’t come with all the sporty additions and alloy wheels that don the pricier models, you will find it stays true to the 500 vintage style design, with analogue speedometer, body-coloured dash and styled hubcaps. Other features to look forward to with the basic Pop model include electric mirror doors, a height adjustable driver’s seat, central locking, start-stop system and several airbags for a safer drive.

In addition, the small 1.2 motor can achieve 62mph in 12.9 seconds and offers a low level of CO2 emissions, keeping road tax at just £30 a year.

Want value for money?

If your budget can stretch by an additional £1,130, the 1.2 Lounge could be a better option for you, priced at £11,820. The car can achieve 60mph in a healthy 12.5 seconds, and thanks to the low CO2 emissions of 111g/km the Lounge costs little to tax.

Other features of the Lounge include Bluetooth, air conditioning, electric heated seats and mirrors, and an electric sunroof making it a worthwhile consideration for those wanting a bit more comfort and equipment from their 500.

Filled with impressive features, the 0.9 TwinAir 105 Cult and its retro style exterior combine sophisticated looks with all the comfort and technology you’ll need from your car. Under the bonnet is a modern turbocharged 0.9 litre engine, boasting up to 104bhp and launching the car to 62mph in just 10 seconds.

Other specifications available include a seven inch media system, climate control, rear parking sensors, 16-inch alloy wheels, a leather upholstery finish, glass roof and split rear seats.
