Introducing the Fiat 500 Riva, designed in collaboration with maritime icon Riva!

Raise those anchors and prepare to set sail, but like never before! Your commute will never be the same again as you cruise down the A1 like a captain! This exclusive special series Fiat 500 boasts a design that is truly unique to the road, featuring a real mahogany dashboard and crafted details that would make any seafaring fanatic envious!

The Fiat 500 Riva Design

The Fiat 500 was originally launched in 1957, and has enjoyed the success of selling over four million units prior to the newly revamped modern version! The Fiat 500 was the vehicle that brought mobility to the masses. Riva are a legendary yacht & boat manufacturer, and they too had a model during the same timeframe, the Aquarama. Some of you may know it, as it’s featured in James Bond, Top Gear: The Perfect Road Tip & Ocean’s Twelve. It seemed natural that a collaboration between Riva & Fiat could be ‘buoyant’, so here we have it, the Fiat 500 Riva.

The car features exclusive details including a solid gear knob carved from mahogany, and mahogany formed dashboard with maple inlays. These superior woods are used to create Riva yachts and result in a combination of sophisticated technology & expert craftsmanship! You’ll notice the stunning “Sera Blue” paintwork, this is exclusive to the limited edition model.

Engine Range

You’ll benefit from a complete range of engines, from the thrifty 1.2 Fire, to the 1.3 Multijet. The Fiat 500 remains the only car in its class to offer a turbo diesel engine, capable of delivering 95 HP! The petrol engines are available as 85 HP or 105 HP two-cylinders, which deliver low running costs and maximised environmental benefits.

Safety & Equipment

Unfortunately, the 500 Riva doesn’t come with lifejackets. It does however feature 5 airbags, anti-lock brakes (ABS) with electronic brake distribution (EBD) and electronic stability control (ESR). If you’re not great at hill-starts, you’ll love Hill Holder which assists the driver, and hydraulic brake assistance (HBA) which helps with emergency braking.

As standard, drivers will benefit from automatic air-conditioning, fog lights, LED day-time lights and a personalised TFT screen with aquamarine background and the Riva logo, of course! Now on to the entertainment. The dashboard incorporates a UConnect 7” HD LIVE touchscreen, USB, 3.5mm auxiliary, Bluetooth and on request, DAB radio and your very own directional chart in the form of a built in 3D TomTom navigator. Don’t worry, the dials will read in miles and not knots!

In terms of your audio experience, the 500 Riva boasts the latest exclusive BeatsAudio system developed in conjunction with Beats by Dr Dre.

Coming Soon to Richard Hardie

The Fiat 500 Riva is available as a sporting hardtop or as an elegant cabriolet. The first 500 cars will feature a numbered limited edition badge, which can be customised by the customer.
