The Award Winning FIAT 500 Becomes Increasingly Popular

Posted on:

The FIAT 500 has continued to grow in popularity after The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) reveal the most popular vehicles during March registrations.

The Popular FIAT 500

Since its rejuvenated release in 2007, the funky FIAT 500 has proved to be a huge hit with customers. Its retro styling twinned with its seemingly limitless customisation options have created a very desirable proposition for many drivers. The original Nova 500, which the current 500 is based on, only had one engine option and two seats. The current model boasts a number options as standard, including: LED daytime running lights, steering mounted audio controls & electrically adjustable door mirrors.

Sunshine Ready

FIAT have made the hugely popular 500 even better with their cabriolet edition, the FIAT 500C.The unmistakably stylish 500C carries the same signature styling of the 500 range, but with a new sense of freedom. This summer ready, sunshine welcoming variant enjoys the same successes as the rest of the range, but proves to grow in popularity as we approach the summer months.

Comfortable & Spacious

The FIAT 500L takes the original styling and practicality of the FIAT 500 to new heights, increasing the overall height and width to a more comfortable size. The 500L creates the perfect combination between a comfortable people carrier and a maneuverable city compact car, ideal for those looking for a little more space.

The Bold SUV

Expanding on the successes that the 500 range has brought to FIAT, the FIAT 500X combines the iconic 500 design with the practicality of a modern-day SUV. The 500X boasts an improved chassis & suspension to create an impressively capable vehicle, both on, and off-road. Thanks to the capability and enhancements made with the 500X, we have a serious contender in the increasingly popular Sport Utility Vehicle market.

The FIAT 500 is a Bestseller

It’s been revealed that the FIAT 500 is again in the Top 10 bestselling vehicles during March registrations, and has moved up from 10th last year, to 9th in 2016. The recent results from SMMT serves as testament to FIAT for the success of the model. It has recently been revealed that FIAT have achieved over 250,000 sales in the UK and last month (March 2016) standing as the best month for FIAT UK sales in 12 years!

Award Winning

The FIAT 500 has achieved the prestigious award from the Sunday Times, of “Best City Car” and has been named in their Top 100 Cars of 2016.

The New FIAT 500 went on sale in the UK in September with new exterior styling, updated UConnect infotainment system and further personalisation with FIATs range of “second skins”. The FIAT 500 Pop is available from £149 per month or £10,463 for the Richard Hardie and FIAT recommended price.
