To qualify for the Motability Scheme, you (or the person you care for - which could be your child or parent) must Be in receipt of the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance, the Enhanced Rate Mobility Component of the Personal Independence Payment, the War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement or the Armed Forces Independent Payment.
