To be successful in the sales environment at Richard Hardie Ashington Peugeot / Fiat you will need to be able to use your social skills to build customer relationships in order to achieve stretching but achievable targets in a process and performance driven environment, whilst providing exceptional levels of customer satisfaction for which you will be exceptionally well-rewarded.
You must have exceptional telephone skills as prospecting is an everyday expectation in order to drive appointments and footfall.
We also have a structured and proven sales process that provides the framework for us to deliver an exceptional retail experience to customers whilst also driving profit and volume.
You will need to be able to demonstrate drive, character, attitude, energy and talent to be a successful part of our team.
